Validity & Terms
30 days, valid starting the day after purchase
One pass admits one person to each included adventure once.
We only run activities in safe conditions. It is up to the instructors to temporarily suspend them if needed due to bad weather.
Your personal ticket code may not be shared or resold.
Full Refund: Available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been used.
Credit Voucher: After 24 hours, we may offer a credit voucher for future use if the request is made within the 30-day validity period.
