Delivery and returns
Delivery of Activity Packages
All activity packages purchased via the Yell Extreme Park website are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique booking code and instructions for redeeming the package at the park.

If the confirmation email is not received within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not received, contact our support team at iyell@apagaprojects.com or call us at +374 41 010 030.
Important Usage Policy
Packages purchased via the website cannot be used on the same day of purchase.

Online bookings must be made at least one day in advance of your planned visit to the park.

All packages are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and can be used on any open park day during this period, subject to availability.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Full Refund: Available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been used.

Credit Voucher: After 24 hours, we may offer a credit voucher for future use if the request is made within the 30-day validity period.

No Refund: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused packages after the 30-day validity period.
Weather Policy
Some activities may be suspended or delayed due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer:
  • Rescheduling to a later day within your validity period
  • Credit for future visits
  • Refund only if no suitable alternative can be arranged and the package remains unused
Changes & Rescheduling
If you wish to change the date of your visit, you do not need to notify us in advance. However, we recommend checking availability and weather conditions beforehand to ensure a smooth experience.
